Report on Field Conditions

We are asking all members of FMBA to help us keep apprised of the conditions of the many ball diamond within Okotoks. All diamonds aremaintained by the Town of Okotoks. Our goal is to get timely information regarding if fields need attention. We will forward this information on to the appropriate people on a daily basis. Select the field from the drop down menu, and briefly explain the issues. Please keep it professional and to the point. If more information is required, someone may contact you. This form is the quickest and most efficient way for your voices to be heard and to report on current conditions of Okotoks ball diamonds.
